その際であった　Ricardo 師

アクシデントからはじまったわたしのリトリートを彼のボディーワークのおかげで
心身ともにおおきな気づきと学びを得る事ができました。

彼は多くのスポーツ選手のケアを担当していたり、滞在したリトリートセンターでは
ヨギーヨギーニ達からのオファーで予約がなかなかとれません。

スパーヨギー二　Kinoも彼に毎回セッションしてもらうそうで
彼女のパートナーTimに紹介していただきました。

彼のマッサージはタイマッサージ、ロミロミ、指圧、などなど
いろんな技術を屈し、その人にあったセッションを行います。
とにかく知識、経験が豊富な彼、わたしにとってはゴットハンドRicardo師。


そんな彼が今月末、来福します。
わたしは個人的にセッションお願いする事にした際、
もしわたしの友達で興味がある人いたらできるよ！と気さくに承諾してくれました。

滞在ブログを読んだ方からも、どんなセッションなのか興味津々な方もいたので

About Ricard

Ricardo has been involved in the Wellness and Holistic Health fields since the 1970’s. Originally from California, he studied Asian therapies and philosophies before moving to Hawaii in the 1980’s, working as a massage therapist and educator.

Therapy and management experiences there included clinical settings, day spas, and exclusive resorts. After completing a degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Hawaii he worked as a community health educator and taught at the Kauai Academy of the Healing Arts as well as the University of Hawaii (non credit classes).

Since relocation to Thailand in 2005 he has worked with Asian Wellness and Spa businesses with an emphasis on training and staff development. Currently based in Koh Samui. He is been offering his services at Samahita Retreat since 2007.

He has practiced massage professionally since 1984. Over the years He has studied and practiced Namakoshi Shiatsu, Swedish Esalen Massage, Hot Stone massage, various sports and therapeutic massage techniques, Temple Style Lomi Lomi massage, and Cranial Sacral Therapy among others. Currently in his private practice he mostly work with connective tissue release, energetic balancing, and BodyReading.
